We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and meet applicable legal or business obligations.

Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to purchased content, your library, listening progress, and other account-related features.
Certain information may be retained after your account is deleted where required or permitted by law, including transaction and gift records, library and listening history, and records necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Reviews you have posted may remain visible after your account is deleted. If you would like them removed, please say so in your deletion request. Deleting your account does not by itself unsubscribe you from marketing email; please use the unsubscribe link in those messages.
Privacy Requests
To exercise applicable privacy rights, contact:
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Where applicable, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact [email protected].
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.
These measures may include access controls, authentication safeguards, and security practices appropriate to the nature of the information we process.
